This course will provide participants with a broad understanding of the process and techniques for analyzing and qualifying general purpose owner-occupied or investment commercial real estate loan requests. The process will incorporate consideration for both financial and non-financial factors, together with supplying skills specific to the analysis of all factors related to such decisions. Special attention will be afforded to the personal financial and global cash flow techniques so necessary to owner-occupied real estate financing.
This course is designed for developing underwriters, loan officers, credit analysts, or business development officers, who need a thorough understanding of the basis for the sound analysis and approval of owner-occupied or investment real estate loans in today's lending environment.
