When:  Sep 13, 2016 from 08:30 AM to 04:00 PM (CT)
Associated with  Wisconsin

At some point in their careers, bankers who want to develop their lending ability recognize a need to acquire or improve their Financial Statement Analysis skills.

Unfortunately, too often the fundamentals of these critical skills are learned on the job in an uncoordinated and inconsistent manner.   The result can be that financial statements continue to look like a confusing mass of numbers.

In this Seminar, the following basic financial statement analysis areas will be covered in a cohesive and focused manner:

  • The balance sheet equation
  • Understanding the format and structure of the balance sheet
  • Defining account titles
  • Structure of the income statement
  • Relationship between the balance sheet and the income statement
  • Introduction to ratios and cash flow
