RMA Great Smokies Chapter is happy to present Business Etiquette 101. This informative class provides participants with the skills to ensure good manners in many situations. The workshop will include topics such as: how to use email, conversation starters, how to behave at a business lunch, and other workplace behaviors. Registration is limited to the first 20 participants.
Our instructor, Debbie Burchfield, is the owner/operator of The Asheville School of Etiquette. With a professional mission of "Helping Others Get Better" she continues this mission by teaching others to have an edge in school, the workplace, and in all types of social situations and settings. She received her etiquette training and credentials from the International School of Protocol and is certified to teach children, teens, adults, and business professionals.
