Course Description
In developing new business banking relationships calling officers can anticipate discussions as to a potential customer’s credit needs. This seminar presents an overview of the most common commercial, industrial, and commercial real estate credit services. The class centers primarily on general, non-specialty business credit products, but may include a brief discussion of the credit structure of some more common offerings. The participant will be exposed to the “blending” of credit products to achieve the optimal benefit for both the prospective client and the lender.
