More about Jason:
Jason created and launched the distressed debt sale process at Wells Fargo Bank in 2018 and we sold over $1 billion in secured assets in over 43 states. He led the Portfolio Sale Team and managed all critical aspects of these complex transactions including portfolio selection, vendor and buyer management, compliance, modeling and execution. The team achieved superior results for the bank by believing in a transparent disclosure process and mitigating any and all reputational risk.
Jason led a team of commercial workout bankers that were geographically dispersed and serviced a nationwide portfolio, coaching the team to find win-win solutions for the criticized commercial real estate and commercial and industrial loans that comprised his portfolio. His mantra in crafting restructuring and resolution strategies was to seek the solution that provided the bank and our shareholders the highest net present value on the asset.

He was also an adjunct professor at the University of Tampa and was recognized as the “Most Outstanding Part-Time Faculty” by the Sykes College of Business.
