Cassie Brown, [B.S. Public Health & Kinesiology; NASM Certified Personal Trainer & Fitness Nutrition Specialist; NSPA Program Design Specialist; AFAA Group Fitness; TRX Qualified; Freemotion Master Trainer], is a full-time Fitness Professional. After earning her B.S., & her personal training & group fitness certifications along the way, Cassie moved to Boston with the goal of achieving a full-time schedule of training & teaching, which she did within 6 months of graduation. Throughout her years of experience coaching people in a variety of settings, [from her university campus rec center to the YMCA of Greater Boston, to boxing gyms, to Equinox & boutique studios], Cassie developed her personal philosophy & approach to fitness programming & coaching: The B Strong Method.
