Navigating the Storm: Mitigating CRE Risks Through Workout & CRE Investment Insights
Join us to hear from a panel of seasoned CRE industry experts who will share their insights, experiences, and “war stories” on how to respond to the current risks in the commercial real estate environment – with pro tips from CRE workout, restructuring, and liquidation scenarios, unique CRE investment cases, and legal pitfalls to avoid when navigating complex CRE situations – that will help you in the process of originating and servicing CRE loan portfolios.
This panel discussion will feature Cari Fullerton, Chief Credit Officer of the Bank of Utah; Brandon Fugal, Chairman of Colliers International-Utah; Alison Weinberg-Fahey, Shareholder Specializing in Real Estate Law at Greenberg Traurig LLP; and Mark Siegel, Senior Vice President of Special Assets at Zions Bancorporation. The panel discussion will be moderated by Jeff Meyer, Managing Business Banking Portfolio Manager VP at Zions Bancorporation – and President of the RMA Mountain States Chapter.
