Nicol Halishak, Senior Vice President, Regional Credit Officer, Huntington National Bank

Nicol is a collaborative and responsive credit risk management professional with more than 25 years of experience. She has held various positions with primary focus in commercial banking, including regional credit officer, credit manager, underwriter, and portfolio manager. Nicol has been responsible for adjudicating credit requests, underwriting, structuring, portfolio management, loan documentation,  credit policy, and process and procedures. She joined Huntington National Bank in August 2016,
through the bank’s acquisition of FirstMerit Bank. Nicol is currently a regional credit officer for the bank’s commercial loan center, focusing on middle market borrowers, supporting the bank’s footprint. She is responsible for credit approval and works closely with the relationship team to ensure that portfolio management activities are consistent with the Bank’s desired risk profile.  


In addition to daily responsibilities, Nicol has actively led and participated in a variety of corporate initiatives and special projects. Initiatives included reengineering and implementing a standardized and streamlined commercial banking process, developing credit underwriting guidelines and policies, and
facilitating on-boarding sessions for acquired banks. 

To further expand her knowledge in risk management, Nicol held various board and officer roles within the Northern Ohio Chapter of the Risk Management Association (RMA), an organization with which she has been involved for more than 20 years. She also served on several national RMA committees and councils. Nicol has maintained her RMA-CRC (Credit Risk Certification) designation since earning it in
2004. Nicol received the degree of Bachelor of Science in business from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, where she majored in accountancy and decision sciences. 

Susan E. Martin, Senior Compliance Process Manager, Enterprise Compliance, PNC

Susan Martin joined PNC in 1996.

Susan currently is a member of the PNC Enterprise Privacy Team.  Susan, in her role as Senior Compliance Program Manager, is supported in her role by Rebecca Stauffer.  Susan and Rebecca assess Privacy risk associated with C&IB business unit activity and assist the business with implementing appropriate mitigating risk controls and Privacy compliant policies/procedures. The team works on C&IB initiatives with representatives from executive management, and legal to identify Privacy risks associated with new business initiatives. The team also provides regulatory analysis, challenge, guidance, perform regulatory validation activities and support, assisting the business in its ongoing Privacy compliance responsibilities; especially during planned new business initiatives.  Susan participates in the Treasury Management Operating Committee, TM Risk Working Group and the Executive Treasury Management Healthcare Oversight Team. Susan and her team aid in implementation and maintenance of appropriate Privacy compliance controls, processes and procedures to support the expanding Privacy Rule requirements.

Susan currently serves as PNC’s Enterprise Healthcare Compliance Manager and subject matter expert on HIPAA/HITECH Act for PNC Bank.  In this role, Susan is supported by Michael Seese and Rebecca Stauffer.  The Enterprise Healthcare Compliance Program is primarily responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive Corporate HIPAA Program which provides a governance framework and operational infrastructure to support the requirements of HIPAA across multiple lines of business throughout PNC.  Susan, Michael and Rebecca assess HIPAA risk associated with business unit activity throughout PNC and assist business units with implementing appropriate mitigating risk controls and HIPAA compliant policies/procedures. The team works on new health care initiatives with representatives from executive management, and legal firms to identify HIPAA compliance risks associated with new business initiatives. The team also provides regulatory analysis, challenge function, guidance, perform regulatory validation activities and support, assisting the business in its ongoing regulatory compliance responsibilities; especially during planned new business initiatives.  The team conducts the ETPM HIPAA Vendor Compliance reviews and manages the ETPM HIPAA vendor compliance review program. 

Susan also works on Enterprise-wide compliance initiatives to ensure that PNC’s Privacy compliance requirements are properly identified, remediated and addressed by all PNC impacted business units during the duration of the initiative.  Susan is currently heading up the international privacy team supporting the Global Privacy Enablement Project (GPEP) and the international expansion activities in C&IB.  Additional noteworthy enterprise initiatives to date:  MicrosoftO365 and SalesForce. 

Susan previously supported PNC Treasury Management products and the Enterprise HIPAA Program.  Susan and her team provided subject matter expertise and guidance to Treasury Management Executive and Senior Leadership, Product Management, Sales, and TM Product Delivery relating to current and planned business activities in the Treasury Management product area.  The Treasury Management Compliance Team also provided regulatory analysis, challenge function, guidance, performed regulatory validation activities and support, assisted the business in its ongoing regulatory compliance responsibilities; especially during planned new business initiatives.  Susan participated in the Treasury Management Operating Committee, TM Risk Working Group and the Executive Treasury Management Healthcare Oversight Team. Susan and her team aided in implementation and maintenance of appropriate compliance controls, processes and procedures to support continuing regulatory requirements.  The team also provided ongoing risk analysis and assessment of current business activity and controls rating effectiveness; communicated results to senior business leaders and worked collaboratively to identify and work on solutions to mitigate identified risks.  

Prior to joining PNC, Susan was a judicial law clerk on the Eighth District Court of Appeals.  Susan earned a bachelor’s degree in 1986 from Adrian College in Adrian, Michigan and her Law Degree from the University of Toledo College of Law in 1989.   

Johnetta D. Windsor-Green, SVP & Deputy General Auditor, KeyCorp

Johnetta Windsor-Green is the Deputy General Auditor of Credit Risk Review at KeyCorp, responsible for the loan review and credit audit activities in the third line of defense. Johnetta reports directly to the Chief Audit Executive / Chief Risk Review Officer and is a member of the Risk Review Group Senior Leadership Team. Johnetta is a non-voting member of KeyCorp’s Credit Risk Committee and attendee of the Allowance Governance Committee and Climate Risk Oversight Council. Johnetta is also a member of KeyCorp’s Executive Council.

Johnetta joined KeyCorp in the Risk Review Group (RRG) in 2005 and has over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. Johnetta began with the Operations & Compliance Audit Team, helped establish the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Audit Team, and then transitioned to Credit Risk Review.

Before joining KeyCorp, Johnetta held several positions with increasing responsibility in the Consumer Credit Acquisition, Loss Prevention, Compliance, and Fraud & Authorizations departments at MBNA America in Delaware and Ohio. Additional roles and responsibilities included People Satisfaction and Recruiting Manager. 

Johnetta relocated from Delaware, but now calls Ohio home. She is married with two adult children. Johnetta comes from a large family that still resides on the East Coast, so she enjoys connecting with them as often as possible.
