COURSE OVERVIEW:

Please join the RMA Rocky Mountain Chapter for an educational program on Paycheck Protection Loans as a group of CPAs and Tax Accountants with Crowe, LLP navigate us through the financial reporting and tax implications of the PPP loans and the related forgiveness. In addition, this course will also discuss the valuation impact of the PPP loans on borrowers. This is an exclusively virtual event that will be streamed live via Zoom for all registered participants.

YOU WILL:

  • Understand financial statement impact of the PPP Loan
  • Identify the forgiveness aspects of the PPP Loan
  • Understand the Federal Tax implications
  • Recognize specific state treatment of PPP
  • Risks and challenges associated with processing PPP forgiveness requests

 At the end of this course, the panel will take questions from the audience. This course qualifies for 1.8 CRC Continuing Education Units.
