Josh Siler

Josh Siler serves as AgWest’s Chief Lending Officer, leading all Lending and Crop Insurance teams throughout the association.

Josh’s lending and leadership experiences have spanned a broad range of industries and market segments since joining the association in 2002. He most recently served as the Washington President from 2020-2024. Prior to that he held various direct lending and leadership roles in Pasco, Washington and Twin Falls, Idaho.

Josh grew up on his family’s wheat farm near St. John, Washington. He graduated from Washington State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in agribusiness. Outside of work, Josh enjoys traveling and spending time at Lake Roosevelt with his wife Holly and their two dogs.

Andy Beitia

As commercial banking director, Andy oversees the bank’s entire commercial division, managing commercial banking teams across Idaho, Washington and Oregon in addition to his duties Washington Trust Bank’s southern Idaho regional president, where he leads teams toward long-term strategic goals and growth in the region.

With over 30 years of experience in banking, Andy specializes in the agriculture business, commercial and industrial (C&I) lending, Small Business Administration (SBA) loans and builder financing. He works effectively with all areas of the bank to offer his clients a wide range of services.

Andy earned his MBA from Boise State University, a Bachelor of Finance degree from University of Idaho and is a graduate of the Pacific Coast Banking School in Seattle.

Jamie Hudson

Jamie Hudson is the Chief Banking Officer for Wheatland Bank, a Division of Glacier Bancorp, a $28B financial institution that spans the Mountain West region of the US. He has been in banking since 2001 where he started his career at Washington Mutual. He has a BS degree in Business Management from Southern Oregon University, an MBA in Finance from Gonzaga University and is a graduate of Pacific Coast Banking School.

He is a husband and father of three teenagers who keep him very busy. He is a passionate volunteer for Junior Achievement where he has served many roles on the board including past Board Chair. He has served on the board of Downtown Spokane Partnership since 2020 and is currently serving as the Treasurer. Additionally, he serves in leadership with his church congregation and in its youth group. When not working, he enjoys backpacking, boating and all types of water sports, and can often be found building and creating things in his metal and woodworking shop.
