Stephanie Lieb, Shareholder Trenam Law, is co-leader of the firm’s Bankruptcy and Creditors' Rights Practice Group. Board Certified in Business Bankruptcy, she has represented a diverse array of clients, including purchasers, fiduciaries, landlords, and lenders, within bankruptcy court proceedings, as well as pre-bankruptcy workouts and restructurings. A Florida Supreme Court Certified Civil Mediator, she is praised for her technical knowledge, deal-making skills, and results-driven problem-solving approach.
Brad Salzer, President of Redstone Funding, has over 30 years of experience acquiring and servicing more than $2.9 billion in commercial real estate loans. Specializing in distressed debt and restructuring, he has worked with assets nationwide, including special-use properties. Salzer also actively contributes to various Tampa community organizations.
Jonathan Taylor, VP Special Assets Department, Seacoast Bank, has over 14 years of Special Assets experience across the U.S., specializing in various loan types, including auto, marine, residential, commercial, and industrial. He currently works with Seacoast Bank in Tampa and holds a B.S. in Accounting from Mississippi State University. Taylor lives in Tampa with his family.
Jason Alpert, Managing Partner, Castlebar Holdings (moderator),is a distressed debt investor and an advisor / consultant for financial institutions. Castlebar helps banks resolve and mitigate risk within their problem loan portfolios. Previously, Jason led Wells Fargo’s distressed portfolio sale team and workout group. He is on the Editorial Board of RMA Journal and is the primary workout contributor to the Journal.
