Bill McGee (Moderator and "Buyer")

Bill is a 25-year banking professional, including commercial and commercial real estate lending. He is currently part of Huntington National Bank's Commercial Real Lending Group, building and managing a loan portfolio with the top developers in West and Mid-Michigan. Bill previously served as Regional Commercial Development Officer for Huntington; Community Bank President for Citizens-Republic Bank; and was later hired by Wells Fargo Bank as Senior Vice President and Office Manager to establish, grow, and manage its Commercial Real Estate Lending Group for 9 years covering West and Mid-Michigan. Originally from Traverse City, Bill is a graduate of Michigan State University.


Scott Rowley (Commercial Lender)

Scott has served in commercial banking and real estate for nearly 23 years. He recently took the position of First Vice President, Commercial Banking at Independent Bank. He was previously Senior Vice President and Group Manager of Commercial Banking at Chemical Bank for 7 years. Prior to that he was VP, Commercial Real Estate at Wells Fargo for 6 years, as well as VP and Team Leader, Commercial Real Estate at Fifth Third Bank for nearly 10 years. Scott, too, is a graduate of Michigan State University with a BA in Finance and an MBA from Grand Valley State University.


Olga Hallstedt (Commercial Real Estate Broker)

Olga has served industrial and office clients for more than 25 years, completing more than 175 lease and sale transactions in excess of 1,000,000 square feet. After a decade of working in various management and sales capacities, Olga became involved in sales and marketing for the largest privately held, commercial local developer and landlord. She then went on to become a Senior Associate for the largest, worldwide commercial real estate brokerage company before opening her own company, RESULTS! Commercial Real Estate in 2008. In 2015, RESULTS! affiliated with one of the most well-respected companies in the world - Berkshire Hathaway.


Renee Pewitt (Environmental Consultant)

Renee holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Earth Science from Central Michigan University. She has been an environmental consultant for 12 years with BLDI Environmental Engineering. Renee has conducted and prepared many reports for Phase l and Phase ll Environmental Site Assessments, Baseline Environmental Assessments and Section 7a Due Care Plans. She has received training in the ASTM Environmental Due Diligence Process and is a licensed Asbestos Building Inspector. Based on her education, experience, and training, Renee meets the criteria for an Environmental Professional (EP) set forth in USEPA's "all appropriate inquiry rule."


Thomas Host (Title Company/Closer)

Tom has been in the title insurance industry with Transnation and its predecessors for 42 years, the last 30 working exclusively in the commercial arena. He is knowledgeable in all aspects of title underwriting for real estate transactions, commercial escrow closings, and the issuance of title insurance policies and endorsements. As a part of his commercial duties, Tom became a Qualified Intermediary for IRS Section1031 Exchanges in 1999.
