ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR
Betsy Lawless has over 25 years working in the financial and securities fields. She has a wide array of experience from operations to training and branch management. Lawless began with Prudential Securities where she secured her Series 7, 8, and 63 licensure. Moving from brokerage to management, she trained the Northeast Region of over 300 people in the use of automated sales tools and other productivity enablers. During her tenure as assistant vice president, Lawless combined her passion for training with customer seminars and prospect development. After 15 years she moved to Citibank and continued her customer focus as an investment consultant and personal banker. Again, she co-mingled sales automation with customer care as the branch trainer in addition to her customer role. She was equally comfortable in sales as she was with training colleagues to better reach sales goals for themselves and investment goals for clients.
