This series of courses is designed to expand on the knowledge, skills and resources learned in the Credit Analyst Series. These courses are geared towards those in a Credit Analyst or Portfolio Manager role and who are looking to expand their knowledge beyond traditional financial analysis. These classes will provide you in-depth exposure to risk analysis, commercial real estate lending and underwriting,
specialized loan documentation, reading and interpreting appraisal reports as well as writing effective loan presentations.
