Reservations at both Resorts will be accepted based on the room availability. Rates are subject to applicable taxes at the time of check in. To reserve a room call 1-888-856-4380 mention you are attending the "RMA Conference" to receive the conference rates mentioned above. 

Cancellation Policy
A one-night deposit is required at time of booking.
Cancelations 14 days or more prior to arrival will receive the full deposit.  
Cancelations less than 14 days but more than seven (7) days will be charged the one night’s deposit. 
Cancelations less than 7 days and no shows will be charged the full stay.   


 
Important note: During the reservation process and in the confirmation you may see the standard resort cancellation policy.  Please be aware that for rooms booked under the RMA Conference rate, the RMA cancellation policy above will prevail. Email Amanada Mazieka at Amanda.Mazieka@ritzcarlton.com if you have any questions or concerns regarding room reservations. 

 

Reservations 

To reserve a room at The Ritz-Carlton Naples Beach Resort or the The Ritz-Carlton Naples Golf Resort call  1-888-856-4380 .  Please be aware reservations are being accepted based on the room availibility ONLY. A one-night deposit is required at time of booking.

Only registered attendees are eligible to stay at The Ritz-Carlton Naples Beach or Golf Resorts at the conference group rate. Registrations will be crosschecked against hotel reservations. Anyone holding a reservation under the group rate must be registered by September 5, 2014. RMA reserves the right to request that you cancel your hotel reservation or have the hotel charge the rack rate for your reservation if you are not a registered conference attendee by this date. 

Reservations outside of Conference Room Block:
If you are a registered attendee and reserved a room outside of RMA's room block please email Rosemarie Casler with your name and confirmation number. RMA has arranged for special invites to be hand delivered to each attendees room during the conference and we do not want any of our attendees left out.

Miami International Airport: Approximately 2 hours
Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood International Airport: Approximately 2 hours

Naples Transportation & Tours (NT&T) is the recommended and preferred transportation provider.
