RMA Alberta is pleased to announce the start of its 2026/27 season, with new leadership and a year of professional development, networking, market-focused programming and social events planned for the Alberta financial services community.
Welcoming Jacob Cathcart to the Board
We are pleased to welcome Jacob Cathcart, Associate in Portfolio Management with Travelers Capital Corp., to the RMA Alberta Board.
Jacob brings experience in credit analysis, collateral and risk management, portfolio management, restructurings and recovery situations. We look forward to having his perspective and experience contribute to the Board.
2026/27 Programming
The upcoming season includes a range of events covering lending, economic and real estate markets, professional development and networking. Confirmed events include the 2026 Fall Social on October 1, 2026 at Last Best Brewing & Distilling and Lending Horror Stories on October 28, 2026 at The Unicorn, with additional programming planned throughout 2027.
Several dates and event details are still being finalized. The RMA Alberta will provide updates as programming is confirmed.
