Reservation Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation after Thursday, 23 February 2015 will be charged full rate. After Thursday, 23 February 2015, No Shows or Early Departure will be charged for entire period of stay. This fee will automatically be charged to the credit card given as guarantee.

Note: Pudong International Airport is linked to Shanghai’s metro with a new magnetic levitation train, the Maglev; the journey takes only eight minutes and costs CNY50. 

Taxis are available at both airports and are usually the most convenient way to reach the city, but they are more expensive.

Passport/Visa

Tourist visa applications should be made at least one month prior to departure for China. Passports must be valid for at least six months for a single- or double-entry visa. Visas are granted only for the points of entry indicated on the passport. Period of validity is stated on visas, and care should be taken when reading dates on visas for China because they are written in year/month/day format. If you hold a passport from Japan or Singapore and plan to stay in China less than 15 days, then visas are NOT required. Important Reservation Information 

Only those individuals registered for the conference are eligible to stay at The Grand Hyatt Shanghai at the conference group rate during the conference dates. RMA's registration list will be cross-checked with the room list provided by the hotel. Anyone (company or individual) holding a hotel reservation must have a matching conference registration with RMA no later than 2 February 2015. If not registered by 2 February 2015, RMA reserves the right to request that you cancel your hotel reservation or have the hotel charge the hotel rack rate for the reservation. RMA will not be responsible for any charges you may incur, nor will RMA assume responsibility for making room reservations, changes, or cancellations.
