Reservation Cancellation Policy
A deposit equal to one nights stay will be charged to the individual's credit card. To cancel your reservation without penalty, you must cancel fourteen days prior to scheduled arrival date. Cancellations less than fourteen days but more than seven days will forfeit the deposit. Cancellation less than seven days will be charged for the entire stay. If you are a NO SHOW, you will be charged for the entire stay.
If you check out prior to the reserved check-out date the hotel will charge an early check-out fee of JPY34,000. If you wish to avoid an early check-out fee you MUST advise the hotel at or before check-in of any change in the planned length of stay. If you do not settle your account in full upon departure, the hotel reserves the right to pursue legal action against you.
Check -in time is 15:00; check-out time is 12:00.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and approval by the Hotel. The hotel will charge a early check-in fee of JPY34,000 and late check-out fee of JPY34,000. To avoid a late check-out fee please notify the hotel at check-in of any need for an extended check-out time.
