Karl Mattson, City National Bank
Karl Mattson is the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) for City National Bank in Los Angeles, CA, where he leads the bank's information security, business continuity, vendor risk management and IT risk programs. During his 20-year career in risk and security, Karl has held leadership roles at three Fortune 500 corporations and served in the US Army as a Master All Source Intelligence Analyst and Cryptanalyst. He holds an MBA from Auburn University and a Masters of Information Systems from Boston University. Karl is an adjunct faculty member for graduate programs at Carnegie Mellon and the University of Minnesota. He maintains CISSP, CISM and CRISC professional certifications.
Michael Baker, BAE Systems
Michael Baker, Director Cyber Services, has more than 25 years' experience and success in the technology environment. He has definitely seen many changes in the development of information technology and the need to protect vital company secrets. During that time he has held the role of leader, evangelist, consultant, sales person, business developer, CISO, startup manager and many more. He has spoken about security issues in board rooms and conference halls in more than 25 countries to groups of 10 to audiences of 1,000. Michael has chaired meetings of international inter-governmental trade groups for more than 20 years particularly in the area of telecommunications, security and information technology, providing expert advice to government and commercial entities through presentations, committee work and project management related to electronic commerce and online security.
Bryan Willett, FBI Cyber Division
Bryan Willett has been employed as an FBI Special Agent for over 12 years. He has spent the majority of his career investigating cyber crime violations, including computer intrusions. He has worked in the FBI's Portland and Los Angeles Field Offices as well as at FBI headquarters in the FBI's Cyber Division. He currently works in the FBI's Los Angeles Field Office, Orange County Resident Agency (OCRA) where he is the Acting Supervisory Special Agent (A/SSA) for OCRA's Cyber Squad. A/SSA Willett has given numerous Cyber Security/Threat presentations both domestically and internationally. He holds a law degree, is a licensed attorney, and holds several IT professional certifications.
