Timothy L. Prindle is the Co-President and Chief Executive Officer and member of the Board of Directors at BayVanguard Bank and has been since 2019. Prior to joining BayVanguard Bank through a merger, Mr. Prindle was the President, Chief Executive Officer and member of the Board of Directors at Kopernik Bank. Mr. Prindle began his career as a Bank Examiner at the United States Treasury Department’s Office of Thrift Supervision. Mr. Prindle earned a Bachelors of Science in Finance from the University of Delaware.
