Earn RMA-Credit Risk Certification CEUs

By attending the Annual Risk Management Conference you can earn 12 CEUs toward maintaining your RMA-CRC certification or 12 CPE hours for NASBA credit. If you attend a preconference round table, you can earn 3 additional CEUs toward maintaining your certification. In addition, if you attend The Operational Risk Forum you can earn 6 CEUs each toward maintaining your certification, plus another 8 CEUs by attending Enterprise Risk Management for Community and Regional Banks.

Hotel Reservations

Our conference hotel is the Philadelphia Marriott Downtown, 1201 Market St, Philadelphia, PA 19107.  For accommodations during the conference, this link will take you directly to the RMA room block at the Philadelphia Marriott, and ensures you getting the group rate.  You may also call the hotel at 215-625-2900. Please identify yourself as an RMA Annual Risk Management Conference registrant in order to reserve a room within the RMA block. Reservations must be made by October 3, 2013 in order to ensure room and rate availability.  However, should the RMA room block sell out before October 3, we may not be able to guarantee room and rate availability.  We encourage you to reserve early.

Guests

A guest is a spouse, significant other, or friend who is not in an industry related profession.

Registered guests are welcome to attend Sunday’s opening reception, Monday evening’s reception, and continental breakfast with the registrants on Monday and Tuesday. Other than the receptions and breakfasts, we ask that guests not attend those functions scheduled for attendees of the conference, including business sessions and conference luncheons on Monday and Tuesday. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Badges

Badges must be worn for admittance to all conference functions, including receptions.

Recommended Dress

All conference events are business casual. Please bring a light sweater or blazer to the business sessions so that you are prepared for variances in room temperatures.

Private Social Functions

RMA policy prohibits any extension of hospitality that, because of size, timing, use of hotel staff, or other obvious circumstances, may be regarded as a competitive overture. This policy does not preclude chapter-sponsored gatherings or small personal get-togethers. We appreciate your cooperation.

Chapter Officer or CRC Discount

If you are currently a chapter officer or member of a chapter’s board, or hold the CRC designation, you are eligible for a discounted registration fee. Please check the appropriate line on the registration form.

Note: This discount cannot be combined with any other discount.

Conference Materials

RMA’s commitment to identifying, assessing, and managing the impact of risk extends to taking the steps necessary to decrease our impact on the environment. As part of our sustainability program, you will be able to download speaker presentations from the RMA website and conference mobile app, before, during, and after the conference. RMA will not supply printed copies of presentations. We’ll send you an email directing you to the files shortly before the conference begins. We ask that you download and print only those presentations that you need.

Cancellation Policy

Full registration will be refunded if a written request is received by RMA no later than October 22, 2013. Fax 215-446-4100 or email registrar@rmahq.org. Registrants whose cancellations are received after October 21, 2013, but before November 5, 2013, are subject to a service fee equal to 50% of the registration fee. Registrants whose cancellations are received after November 5, 2013, and no-shows, forfeit the entire fee. Substitutions from the same institution may be made at any time.
