RMA has been made aware that one of our exhibiting companies of the 2014 Annual RMA Conference on Securities Lending was contacted by a service provider (Exhibition Housing Management) offering hotel reservations at a discounted rate. Please be aware this is a scam and Exhibition Housing Management does not represent RMA.  If you are contacted by Exhibition Housing Management or any other company by phone or email using RMA’s name or referencing the 2014 Annual RMA Conference on Securities Lending offering hotel reservation services or discounted room rates, you should decline their services.

Any information with regard to exhibiting at the conference will come from me (Kimberly Gordon) only and RMA encourages all conference attendees to make reservations and/or changes to their hotel reservation directly with The Ritz-Carlton Naples by contacting Ms. Amanda Mazieka via email at Amanda.Mazieka@ritzcarlton.com.  The Ritz-Carlton Naples is the only authorized hotel we have contracted with for the 2014 conference.
