General Information

Private Meetings: 

If you need assistance planning a private event/gathering and/or meeting at The Ritz-Carlton Naples or offsite contact Ms. Brigitte Rivard at Brigitte.rivard@ritzcarlton.com.  

A private event is an invitation-only outing, dinner party, or reception hosted by an organization or group other than RMA. Private events are not considered part of the conference program agenda and, as such, should not be held during or interfere with the conference program or sponsored events. Please refrain from holding events on Monday evening before 10:00 p.m.  If your organization is planning an event for Tuesday or Wednesday,  please plan to start the event for 7:30 p.m. or later. If planning an event on or Thursday evening please start the event after 8:30 p.m. 

We ask that you please support the sponsors of all the conference events by recognizing their financial commitment to the particular event and the conference.  RMA appreciates your cooperation in refraining from scheduling other events, such as golf outings, dinners or special tours, during the conference business program.   ​ ​

Guests:

A guest is a spouse, significant other, or friend who is NOT in an industry related profession.

Registered guests are welcome to attend all receptions and breakfast with the attendees on Wednesday and Thursday. Other than the receptions and breakfasts, we ask that guests not attend those functions scheduled for attendees of the conference, including all business sessions on Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Only registered attendees are eligible to stay at The Ritz-Carlton Naples Beach or Golf Resorts at the conference group rates. Registrations will be crosschecked against hotel reservations. Anyone holding a reservation under the group rate must be registered by Friday, September 5, 2014. RMA reserves the right to request that you cancel your hotel reservation or have the hotel charge the rack rate (subject to change) for your reservation if you are not a registered conference attendee by September 5.

  • Registration Desk Hours:

    Name badges and conference material can be picked at the RMA Registration Desk. Hours for the registration desk are as follows:

    Monday, October 13             4:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
    Wednesday, October 15       7:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. 

    Tuesday, October 14      12:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. 
    Thursday, October 16      7:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. 

    Name badges MUST be worn to all conference-related sessions and networking/social events to gain admittance. We appreciate your cooperation. 

    RMA's registration list will be crossed checked with the hotel rooming list provided by the hotel. Anyone (company or individual) holding a  reservation must be a registered attendee by September 5, 2014. RMA reserve the right to request that you cancel the reservation or we will instruct the hotel to charge the hotel rack rate for your reservation if you are not registered by that date. RMA will not be responsible for any charges you may incur nor will RMA assume responsibility for making room reservations, changes, or cancellations.   

    Cancellation Policy:

    Full refunds will be issued if cancellation is emailed or faxed 15 business days prior to the event. Cancellations 6–14 business days prior to the event forfeit 50% of the registration fee. Cancellations 5 or fewer business days prior to the event forfeit the entire registration fee. No Shows will not be eligible for refunds. Substitutions from the same company/bank may be made at any time. Substitutions must be approved by the RMA staff person responsible for this event. If RMA cancels the conference, registrants will receive a full refund for registration fees. However, RMA does not assume responsibility for any other expenses, including the purchase of airline tickets, incurred by the registrant in connection with attending the event.    

    Speaker Presentations:

    Speaker presentations will be loaded daily to two (2) on-site Internet Kiosks located in the Exhibitor Area for you to download to a USB Flash drive. Printed copies of the presentations will not be available at the conference.

    Conference Attire:

    Business casual is recommended for the business sessions and casual dress is recommended for all receptions/dinners. We suggest bringing a light sweater or blazer to the business program to prepare for variances in room temperatures.
