Design Guidlines

The RMA logo represents a visual of our brand. The logo represents the company and reinforces how RMA wishes to be known among its customers. But branding is much more than the logo. Branding serves as the platform for communicating to our Associates why we offer the products and services that we do.

Use the most recent RMA logo. Be sure to purge all your drives of old logos. You will find the most current logos on myRMA. (Remember, you can’t open the logs without the correct software, i.e., Illustrator, Freehand, or Photoshop.) Instead you should insert the logo into Word or Excel (the logo is already a part of the RMA PowerPoint template).

In some flyers, the logo competes with the heading for attention. To prevent this, flyers for large mailings should be reviewed by an RMA designer.

An exact hue of “RMA blue” should be used consistently in the logo as well as in flyers and other materials. The exact color is PMS 293. A black-and-white version as well as the four-color equivalent of the RMA logo is available on myRMA.

Letterhead should be accessed from myRMA. Departments or individuals should not create their own version of it.
