Title of Works

Use a colon to separate titles from subtitles.
    Example: “Accounts Receivable Financing for Small Business: What Makes Sense?”

In text:
 use quotation marks to set off titles of minor or short works—essays, articles in periodicals, etc.
 
For titles of longer works and separate publications, use italics. Use italics for titles of books, magazines, periodicals, newspapers, films, plays, and television and radio programs.

In headings:
 Do not use quotation marks for titles of seminars and other events.
